This Privacy Policy describes how COICO, LLC ("we", "us", or "the Company"), operator of GetCholo.AI (the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.
1. Information we collect
1.1. Information you provide to us directly
- Registration data: name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Content you upload or generate: reference images, text instructions (prompts), audio, and video that you provide or generate through the Service.
1.2. Information collected automatically
- Usage data: generations performed, credits consumed, models used, timestamps.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
1.3. Cookies and similar technologies
- Technical cookies: needed to sign you in and to remember your language and your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads): if you accept in the cookie banner, Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) may set cookies to measure which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases on the Service. If you reject them, they are not set; Google only receives cookieless signals that do not identify your browser. When a purchase or sign-up counts as a conversion, Google receives the purchase amount and currency and a payment identifier, never your name or email.

2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- Carry out the content generations you request through the corresponding AI providers (for example, fal.ai).
- Send you communications related to your account, such as registration confirmations or password resets.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who we share your information with
We share information only with the providers necessary to operate the Service ("subprocessors"), including:

4. AI-generated content
The content you generate (images, videos, audio) may be processed through third-party AI model provider servers to be completed. We do not use your content to train our own AI models without your explicit consent. See the corresponding section of our Terms of Service for the usage restrictions on generated content.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for the additional time necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by writing to gralcoico@gmail.com.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, role-based access control (Row Level Security), and secure credential storage. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or limit certain uses of your information.

8. Minors
