GetCholo.AI is an AI content generation platform. Content is created by our users from their own prompts and images, and our Terms of Service expressly prohibit generating material that infringes the intellectual property rights, trademarks or likeness rights of third parties.

If you are a rights holder, or act on behalf of one, and you believe that content generated or hosted on this platform infringes your rights, write to us at gralcoico@gmail.com.

What your notice must include

So that we can act, your communication must include:

• Identification of the protected work or trademark.
• Identification of the specific content you consider infringing, including the address where it can be found.
• Your contact details.
• A statement that you are acting in good faith and that the information you provide is accurate.
• Your signature, physical or electronic.

Response times

We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours. If the claim is complete, we remove or disable access to the content within a maximum of 7 calendar days from that acknowledgement, and we notify the person who generated it, who may respond setting out their reasons.

Repeat infringers

We suspend the account upon a second substantiated claim and terminate it permanently upon a third, with loss of the credit balance. In manifest cases, or where use is widespread, we may terminate the account from the first claim, without prior notice.

This policy applies without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate, and does not replace the legal advice each party may choose to seek.
